    Annual Salary starting at $46,000

    Incentive based bonuses based on cost controls.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Direct daily operations and management of all kitchen staff.

    • Order and maintain inventory.

    • Manage team schedules and daily preparation activities.

    • Expedite, plate, and maintain control over the line during diner service.

    • Manage staff closing down the kitchen.

    • Create daily specials.

    • Communicating with other management as you oversee all staff and the facility.

  • 32 hours a week & Part time available. $4.65/hour + tips

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Upon arrival, check-in with management, host, bartender and kitchen regarding shift notes, reservations, availability of certain items, or special instructions.

    • Full awareness of the shifts projected level of business.

    • Complete opening side work such as roll silverware, prepare drink stations, cut fruit, polish and stock glassware and silverware, fill sugar caddies and creamers.

    • Stock disposables such as beverage napkins, straws, and carry-out containers.

    • Assisting other staff as needed.

    • Check in and out with supervisors and report on tips.

  • 32 hours a week & Part time available. $10.00/hour + tips

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Check-in with a manager about shift notes and reservations.

    • Check bar needs, such as removal of bus tubs or getting ice.

    • Assist staff with opening side work.

    • Collect and run all food to all locations.

    • Clear and reset all tables.

    • Clean work area in front of the line.

    • Assist other staff as needed.

    • Check in and out with your supervisor.

  • 32 hours a week & Part time available. $12/hour

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Review the floor plan and reservations with managers upon arrival.

    • Communicate with servers, server assistants, and bartenders regarding floor notes or special needs requested.

    • Provide the chef a shift breakdown on reservations and shift notes.

    • Greet guests, seat them with menus, and tell them who their server will be.

    • Find and inform servers when their tables are sat.

    • Manage and input data into the electronic reservation system.

    • Answer phones and direct calls.

    • Direct guests as needed to their destination in the building.

    • Clean and organize menus.

    • Help with nightly shut-down procedures, such as checking door locks.

    • Assist other staff as needed.

  • Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Clean the front of the house and bathrooms on the a.m. shift.

    • Sweep, mop, and remove trash at the beginning and end of your shift.

    • Occasional window cleaning, dusting, and polishing.

    • Operation of the dish machine or hand scrubbing all dirty items from the front or back of the house, and restocking those items.

    • Cleaning your station at the end of the shift.

    • Maintain chemicals and cleaning supplies.

    • Assist other staff as needed.

    • Check in and out with your supervisor.

  • Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Review shift notes and priorities with supervisors, a.m. or p.m counterpart, sous chef, chef, and/or manager upon arrival.

    • Assist in receiving food orders.

    • Assess your station, prepare a prep list, and execute.

    • Production at your station during service.

    • Clean and sanitize your station at the end of shift.

    • Deliver end-of-shift updates on ordering, prep lists, and needs, and check out with your supervisor.

    • Assist other staff as needed.
